| • Gas, Oil, Tax, an other Fees are not included in rates for boat rentals, waverunner rentals and jet ski rentals. |

| Security Deposits |

| • A credit card is required for a deposit. No checks accepted. Any persons under 18 years of age are required to be accompanied by an adult. |

| Damage Policy |

| • Any DAMAGES done to the equipment shall be paid for by the renter. |
